Part 3

1) a.The Mona Lisa- to have a connection if you are taking a picture with someone that has to have a facial expression.
b. The School of Athens- to take a picture of multiple things and not have any scene distracting another
c.  Michelangelo The Sistine Chapel ceiling-do not let an awkward angle deter you from your inspiration, take the shoot even if you have to oak straight up.

4) I would say the photographer did something like the photo above but didn't take it like the photo
5) This one the first photo above it is a good painting and that is why I picked it and it could inspire me

unusual and interesting photos part's 1 & 2

Touching people

1) What do you think about this project and photo essay?
I think this is the weirdest essay I have ever done, this project seems unique.

2)What would you do if someone approched you with a camera and asked you to participate in a photo shoot and then asked you to touch a stranger?
I would say alright I'll do it but I wouldn't actully touch them I would hover over them.

3) Think of an unusual photo shoot similar to this one that you think would be fun to get a shoot.
I guess the photo i would want to be in is the one where two people have there arms around each other.

4) Finally, tell me what you thought of the photography, are the photos good? Do you like looking at them?
I think the photos are good, but I don't like looking at all of them espeacially the weird ones.

I picked this photo because I like animals and I like the way people are trying to help them.
This photo looks cool because it is on a tilted hill and it is cool looking.
I think it made the top 40 powerful photos because it is showing him helping a animal in need.

I picked this photo because I like space and to me it makes me think that we are lucky.
This photo is cool because it is in space and how they took it is amazing.
I think this photo made it on the top 40 powerful photos is because it was the first photo of the earth from the moon and it really meant allot to people because it meant we can do anything.

I picked this photo because it makes me think that we stand together no matter what.
This photo looks cool because it is showing us the front of these people, letting us see more.
I think this photo made it on the top 40 powerful photos is because it is sad to see all those hwho have lost something that we had cared about.

the Camera

Single-lens reflex - a camera that a photographer uses to see the scene  through the camera lens

Rangefinder camera- as camera and lens technology delveloped and wide aperture lenses became more common

Box camera- box cameras were introduced as a budget level camera and had a few if any controls

Folding camera - The introduction of films enabled the existing designs for plate cameras to be made much smaller and for the base-plate to be hinged so that it could be folded up compressing the bellows

Aperture-  a hole or an opening through which light travels

Shutter- Although a range of different shutter devices have been used during the development of the camera only two types have been widely used and remain in use today.

Exposure- The size of the aperture and the brightness of the scene controls the amount of light that enters the camera during a period of time, and the shutter controls the length of time that the light hits the recording surface.

Depth of field- the distance between the nearest and farthest objects in a scene that appear sharp in a image

Focal length- a measure of how strong the system converges or diverges light

Camera history and information

     5. They capture images with an electric sensor
     6. The difference between auto mode and program mode is that program just points and shoots while auto will completely control flash and exposure
     7.  The portriat mode is used for blurring out the background, cameras will try to use fastest lens settings
     8. To freeze motion, camera will use high shutter speed possible
     9. So the camera can focus
   10. It means disabled flash
   11. It means auto flash, enable by default and will automatically fire if it needs more light, when it is dark or darkish
   12. The picture will be washed out

   18. Less light
   19. The aperture control the opening and closing of the lens
